By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Chard RFC’s Fireworks Night, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Tickets & Entry
- All attendees must hold a valid ticket to gain entry (except approved staff/volunteers).
- Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold.
- Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced, or duplicated.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Behaviour & Safety
- Attendees must follow all instructions given by event staff and stewards.
- Sparklers and personal fireworks are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
- Chard RFC reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person acting in a way that risks the safety or enjoyment of others.
- Alcohol will only be served in accordance with UK licensing laws.
- Refunds & Cancellations
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled by Chard RFC.
- In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Chard RFC will not be liable for any other costs incurred by attendees (e.g. travel expenses).
- Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal information provided during booking will only be used for ticketing, payment processing, and event management.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe; Chard RFC does not store your card details.
- Liability
- Attendees enter the event at their own risk.
- Chard RFC accepts no liability for personal property, injury, or loss, except where caused by our negligence.
- The event may involve loud noises, flashing lights, and crowded conditions – please consider this before attending.
- Event Management
- Chard RFC reserves the right to make changes to the advertised event schedule if necessary.
- In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, the event may be delayed, modified, or cancelled.
